Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan are planning to have a face-to-face meeting in the 'foreseeable future'.
"When Putin called to congratulate Erdogan on his election victory as the re-elected President of Turkey, both leaders confirmed their intention to hold a bilateral meeting in the foreseeable future," said Peskov, adding that the details of the meeting, such as the location and timing, are still being determined.
Peskov said, "We will have to decide where and when this meeting will take place according to the schedules of the two leaders. But there is an agreement and I can say that we are preparing for this meeting." (ILKHA)
